I was truly excited about my stay, but was met with dirty rooms and an overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. Is that really too much to ask for a clean space? I also expected some sort of compensatory upgrade due to these inconveniences. unfortunately, I just couldn’t find it in my heart to give a good review after all that.

Had a huge room with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The electric kettle was handy for tea. Loved the flat-screen TV and minibar. The shower was great with free toiletries. Quiet view from the room and very clean throughout. Access to all upper floors by lift. I enjoyed the soundproofing too alongside helpful wake-up service.
